Account & Settings
TL;DR
Manage account access, profile, and Discord connection.
Sign out to switch Discord accounts.
Manage your VibeCoord account and project settings.
Account Access
Section titled “Account Access”- Sign in at app.vibecord.dev
- Click your profile picture in the top right
- Select Billing or Sign Out
Your Profile
Section titled “Your Profile”Profile Picture and Name
Section titled “Profile Picture and Name”Your display name and profile picture are pulled from your Discord account automatically.
Discord Connection
Section titled “Discord Connection”VibeCoord uses Discord OAuth for authentication. Your Discord account is your login.
To switch accounts:
- Sign out of VibeCoord
- Sign out of Discord in your browser
- Sign in to VibeCoord with a different Discord account
Project Settings
Section titled “Project Settings”Each project has its own settings. To access them:
- Click the ⚙️ gear icon next to a project name in the sidebar
- Or open a project and click Settings
Discord Token Configuration
Section titled “Discord Token Configuration”Configure the Discord bot token for your project:
- Add Token — Set up your Discord bot credentials
- Update Token — Change to a different bot token
- Remove Token — Delete the saved token
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Control who can access your project (coming soon for team features).
Delete Project
Section titled “Delete Project”Permanently delete the project and all its data.
Billing & Subscription
Section titled “Billing & Subscription”Access billing from the user menu:
- Click your profile picture
- Select Billing
From the billing page you can:
- See your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Buy additional builds (top-ups)
- Access payment history via Stripe
Security
Section titled “Security”VibeCoord uses Discord OAuth, so your security depends on your Discord account:
- Enable 2FA on Discord — This protects your VibeCoord account too
- Review Discord authorized apps — You can revoke VibeCoord access anytime
Bot Token Security
Section titled “Bot Token Security”- Discord bot tokens are encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
- Tokens are never exposed in the UI after saving
- Only you can configure tokens for your projects
