What to Include

- Project name (if the issue is with a specific bot)
- Description of what’s happening
- What you expected to happen
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots if helpful

Example Support Request

What’s happening: When I type /help, nothing happens. The bot shows online in the member list.
