FORBIDDEN
What triggered it
Section titled “What triggered it”FORBIDDEN (HTTP 403) means the server knows who you are but won’t let you do this specific thing. The three usual causes:
- Your plan doesn’t include it. Some actions belong to a different plan. See Plans & pricing.
- You’re trying to touch someone else’s project. Each project belongs to one user — you can’t open another account’s bots without a share link.
- A workload is temporarily disabled. During an incident, a workload can be visible but blocked for some actions.
What to try
Section titled “What to try”1. Check your plan. Open billing and compare it with Plans & pricing.
2. Check the project owner. If you’re trying to open a project from a shared link, make sure the owner has invited you. Public share links are read-only.
3. Check status/support. A workload can be disabled during an incident. Discord bots, Minecraft Java servers and the AI helper (Discord, Minecraft Java and Luanti) are what VibeCord runs.
4. Switch accounts. If you have multiple Discord accounts, you may be signed in with the wrong one. Sign out and back in with the account that owns the resource.
Open billingWhen to contact support
Section titled “When to contact support”If you should have access (you’re on the right plan, it’s your project, the feature is live) and you’re still seeing 403:
- Discord — post a screenshot in #help
- Email support@vibecord.dev with your account email and the URL where it failed
Most 403s we get reported are misconfigured roles or expired tier-trial sessions. We’ll investigate and follow up through support.
