SYS-001 — SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
What triggered it
Section titled “What triggered it”Something VibeCord depends on is briefly unreachable:
- The agent backend (auth, projects, billing)
- The OpenCode runtime (generation engine)
- The deploy worker
- The database
This is on us, not you. Most occurrences are short — service redeploys, transient network blips, or quick scale events.
What to try
Section titled “What to try”1. Check the status page. status.vibecord.dev shows whether there’s a known incident. If yes, the page also shows expected time-to-resolution.
2. Wait 30-60 seconds and retry. Most SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE errors clear in under a minute.
3. If it persists more than 10 minutes, the incident is bigger than transient — check Discord #status channel and our status page.
When to contact support
Section titled “When to contact support”If you’re seeing SYS-001 repeatedly for more than 10 minutes and our status page is green:
- Drop a note in Discord
#bug-reports— other users might be affected - Or email founder@vibecord.dev with your account email and approximate timestamp
If we don’t already know about an outage, you reporting it speeds up the fix.
